Tom was great to work with. He responded very promptly to my request for a proposal and had the work done a week later! This is exceptional service, especially during construction season. As a small business owner, getting someone in quickly to do my work was important, and I would highly recommend InTown Electric to anyone who needs service, whether it be repair or construction. Kitchen Remodeling, new service and pool feed. 7/21/2006

Major kitchen renovation, we added can lighting, high tech low-voltage lighting, increased outlets. We had no ideas on where to start. Tom helped in picking out quality fixtures to compliment our new kitchen. We love our undercabinet lighting and overcabinet lighting. We entertain alot, everyone that comes over, includes the lighting with their compliments. Tom also has done the electric for our inground pool, hot tub and all the exterior lighting. Tom has provided us tremendous help, great ideas to meet our budget and has not overwhelmed us with typical salesman tactics. Quick and Reliable 7/16/2006

It's just good when you feel like you can call on people who get the job done but that are also personable. You can't ask for anything better than having someone who doesn't act like your concerns are just another ""job"" to them. Helpful ideas for fix-ups. 7/8/2006

When we bought our house we knew it needed some electrical updating and were overwhelmed with the amount of contractors on the North Shore. A friend recommended InTown to us and they were able to check things out and help us to prioritize what needed to be done first - such as updating our service. We have continued to use them in adding new lighting projects throughout the house. I like that they offered us a couple of options to pick from, instead of simply putting the pricier one out there.
