My waxing technician was professional, quick an competent. The woman that gave me my pedicure was bossy, difficult to understand, the water was barely ankle deep and she messed up both of my big toes. more

Loved the atmosphere, appreciated the comfortable temperature, Sue was an amazing therapist and gave me the healing massage I requested which really helped with my pain relief. the next day my facial tenderness was gone and energy was up! Plus her personality was just delightful. As a bonus, there was a slight miscommunication at the front desk. I had wanted an hour but got scheduled for a half. a quarter way through my session this was remedied with no qualms! I am a happy happy customer and will gladly recommend your services to others. more

Trina is very good - she suggested that, since I plan to come now on a monthly basis, I might want to try your special offer which I have done. For many years, I had monthly facials at Georgette Klinger in Chicago and Trina is the first I have found since to compare to their expertise! I will always ask for her. more

When I entered I was greeted by name. I paid and was taken back right away. The room very relaxing and Sue was wonderful. I had some neck and shoulder pain and limited range of motion in my neck when I walked in due to tightness of my muscles I left there with no pain and had the best nights sleep in a very long time! more
