While I was out in California last month, I stopped by In-N-Out before I flew out of LAX. I had never been to one before but had heard how great the burgers are here. This place was packed. I probably waited almost 10 minutes in line to order and was surprised to see how simple their menu was. I had heard about "animal style" fries, but I didn't see them on the menu and was too afraid to ask about them so I just got a double double with cheese combo. I waited for another 10-15 minutes before my order was ready and fortunately found a seat outside (such nice weather in Los Angeles, even in winter!).
I was a bit disappointed in the size of the burger, but it really did taste good. It was unlike any other burger I've had. Dare I say it was even better than White Castle! The fries were okay, but I've had better.
The employees were all really nice and that's unusual to see in a fast food place. Even with all the people, the place was decently clean.
I am definitely going to go to In-N-Out again the next time I get the opportunity.
