I tried multiple clinics before going to IN8 and what a difference. IN8 staff are great, they listen to your needs. They're never money driven, their main goal is to take away your pain/discomfort while setting realistic goals for treatment plan. Dr. Cook is super awesome and very knowledgeable. Kendra's massage is always the best. if you are looking for a trustworthy clinic at a reasonable price and immediate relief then IN8 is where you need to go. more

Chiropractic care by Dr. Cook 6/21/2013

Dr. Cook really took care of me this week. She eased my headache so I could sit through a 5 hr seminar. I am grateful for how well she listens! Dr. Cook has addressed several of my needs in the past and then followed up to make sure I was doing better. Thank you Dr. Cook!!! more

More than just a quick fix 5/9/2013

I was going to a chiropractor for years. When my husband started complaining of back pain, I suggested he find a chiropractor. He found Dr Cook and came home from his first appointment extolling how great she was. I was skeptical, thinking they are all the same, but unlike the assembly line I had before, Dr Cook sees one patient at a time, giving you her full attention. She offers advice for all-over health and offers other treatment options. After seeing Dr Cook, I won't see anyone else! more

Great Care in relaxing environment 3/8/2013

I've been seeing Dr. Cook off and on for many years. In fact, 4 of the 6 people in my family have seen her. Every single one of us loves what she can do in such a short period of time. My 86 year old father was skeptical and so was my brother who had never been to a chiropractor. They have no doubts anymore. I truly appreciate Dr. Cook's friendliness, professionalism and great care. more

I have been seeing Dr Cook and IN8 Chiropractic since its inception back in the mid 90's. From their start in St Paul to South Minneapolis to now their NEW home in Prior Lake. They are very respectful of the care you need and go out of their way to listen and then diagnose. You cannot go wrong with Sheri, Kendra or Maggie. Call them up and see for yourself, you will be glad you did! more

Wonderful experience! 12/6/2012

This was my first visit to a chiropractor. Dr Cook was friendly,yet professional. She really listened when I answered her questions & the appointments didn't feel rushed at all. She even contacted me the day after my first appt to make sure I was doing ok. I've heard horror stories about other chiropractors, but I know I can really trust Dr Cook! My back is doing great (but I might throw it out by kicking myself for not coming in sooner!). I highly recommend her! more

Dr. Cook gave me excellent chiropractic care this past week. She took her time, listened well and accommodated my time schedule. THEN she went above and beyond by contacting me the next day to make sure I was not still suffering with pain. It was a real blessing. more

Great Atmosphere and Service 9/7/2012

I went to IN8 for the first time this week and was not disappointed. The staff was cheerful and friendly and made me feel very comfortable from the get go. I scheduled both an acupuncture and massage appointment and both were top notch! I have to say, the massage was honestly the best I have ever had. I will definitely be back to IN8 Chiropractic and highly recommend them! more

Fixer upper 7/20/2012

I seem to have a problem with gravity and bicycling. Dr. Cook has always been able to put my head back on straight and fix me after my battles with gravity. She is also great with acupuncture and my bad feet with Plantars. more

Graston Success! 1/18/2012

It was my fourth Graston session and I am in awe with the amazing results! I have struggled with plantar fasciitis for a long while and had surgery to remove the adhesions. The pain started to come back and I was looking at a second surgery. Dr. Cook then introduced me to the Graston Technique. After the first session I could feel the difference! I felt 80% better just after the first session! I have continued to improve and I am so grateful for all they do at IN8!! more

I have been a patient of Dr Sheri Cooks for approximately 10 years. Her friendly, caring, and knowledgeable care is beyond what most Drs provide. She continues to learn new treatments and is qualified in many areas of chiropractic care. I have received acupuncture from her for many years. I also purchase vitamen suppliments from her. At first, I went just for Chiro care, but now, I have added message and acupuncture to my list of successful treatments, including some serious injuries that are now healed.
