Good: The flowers were gorgeous. Bad: Quality & Service. I received my flowers on Friday, by Thursday 90% of my flowers were dead. The stems were rotted and smelled like death. When confronted the owner was rude and defensive. She was highly upset that we asked for a replacement. The replacements were nothing like the original. But were nice.. Improvements: new owners who believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE. And arguing with the customer...HUGE NO NO.. Other: Though the flowers were beautiful, the florist did not guarantee their flowers. no flowers should die before 1 week..
