Great company. Improve my scores over a hundred points. Best thing though, they were always great to talk to. I used my online account most of the time to post questions but if I ever had to call, their staff was always really helpful and knowledgeable. I have already referred them to a couple friends and family members. I hope I never have to use them again though. LOL. more

Best Credit Repair Company ever. They are very effective. Within less than 30 days I had over 28 items deleted from my credit. My FICO went from 570 to 630, with just the first round of letter. Customer service is great, believe me, it is a small investment but it is well worth the funds you will be saving in the long haul. more

Great Customer Service, Excellent Communication 6/7/2012

No credit restoration service can guarantee their work, or even tell you how well they can do. Over the past 9 months, my customers have averaged an increase in credit score of about 20 points per month. That being said, just last month, one of the people that I referred over to Improve My Credit USA told me that in their first 60 days there, they jumped almost 200 points! I am a Home Mortgage Consultant and I met a customer who was looking to get prequalified to purchase his first home, his credit was such that it wasn't possible at that time. I gave my customer Improve My Credit USA'S phone number, he called them and was helped immediately! He was placed in the right hands to clear up the issues on his credit that were hindering him from purchasing. Many of the items that were negatively reflecting on his report have actually been removed from his report and his scores jumped substantially!! Needless to say this customer came back to me and is now just a few weeks away from closing on his first home! Happy Customer = Happy Home Mortgage Consultant!!! Well I must brag about the company as well as the guy! To have one guy show dedication as he has shows the companie to be well. He takes the time to explain what he does what he has to offer in small terms to where people like myself can and do understand completly. They are up front and honest with no pressure ever to get in w them and do what they want. I have been a fan of the companie for a long time now and not once has it ever been uncomfortable or have I ever felt pressured to do anything I did not wanna do. more

The employees at Improve My Credit USA are extremely polite. They are great at communicating as well. Their services and website are very user friendly. Unlike most credit companies, they really provide results. All of the customers that use their service see a significant improvement in their credit score. I send a lot of people to them. more

In a very short period of time he was able to respond to my request with what he would do and what the estimated charges to get signed up to do that would be.
