I thank Improcom Global Telecom for giving me a real deal! I am really happy I took advantage of it. They were very patient with me and didn't try to sell things my company didn't really need. Not only were they patient, they were helpful and attentive too. And that is what customer service should be. At first they signed me up for a free trial service and then gave me a very good package. If you want good service from certified techs, this is your place! more

EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE! 2/6/2013

All I can say about Improcom Global Telecom - it is cheap and works so well! I am extremely happy with their service. I have tried at least 2 other VOIP providers in the past but this is way BETTER! Others have confusing software, etc - no thanks! Improcom Global Telecom gives super easy stuff as well as crystal clear reception. The service and the pricing are straightforward. I was given the overall best deal. Couldn't have asked for more! more

Smoothest and easiest telephone service experience ever! 1/27/2013

I am writing today because I am grateful to the excellent service provided by Improcom Global Telecom. I was having some issues with my connection but I was instantly greeted and helped out immediately by their technical support team. It was really nice to be swarmed and given special attention. In less than 15 minutes they easily addressed all my questions. That was indeed the smoothest and easiest telephone service experience ever! more

Best VOIP service provider! 1/16/2013

Improcom Global Telecom - best VOIP service provider ever! Oh yeah 5-stars for having polite and absolutely professional staff! My rating is based on the fact that I have had a couple of incidents where I feel they have been very efficient and helpful. And honest too! They never try to sign you up for things that cost way more than they initially tell you. I should mention I have been a loyal customer as they have never failed me! more
