We had Impressive install a flat screen over our fireplace with a cool little sound bar about a year ago. My wife loves the fact that she can't see any wires or equipment! We went ahead with the universal remote which we were hesitant about but now we love it. The remote is super easy and cleaned up some of our clutter. We recently had IHT back out to install Directv and security. We should have listened the first time they told us to get rid of Comcast. The picture quality rocks and the new DVR sharing thing is awesome. The security was something we talked about for a long time but didn't think was possible because we didn't have a home phone. Wrongo again. They set us up so we can control our security and Directv from our iPhones! This is a cool company that stays on top of their game. Easy to work with and just great guys that are helpful every time we need them. The only downside is they are always super busy but I certainly know why. Highly recommended. more

We've had Impressive Home Theaters install two flat screen TV's, speakers and a Sonos sound system plus security. Two different houses. They have always responded to our questions and been great to work with. The flat screens have worked very well and the Sonos system is absolutely incredible! We have a 12 year son who has asked the Impressive technicians a few questions and they are super friendly and helpful to him! When we sold our last house, Impressive also came out and took apart our flat screen and transported it to our new house. They were prompt & professional. My wife & I are not technical and it's great to have Impressive Home Theater be our contractor & supplier.\r \r We have recommended Impressive to friends and they are also very happy. I'm sure our friends will see the Sonos system and we'll tell them to call Impressive! more
