Worst

Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible.

Big selection in stock, good to great prices 10/28/2009

Good: This is a big showroom, with hundreds of products. Square, rectangular, modern, classic, natural stone, counters, pavers, glass... there seem to be lots of everything. Prices are sometimes startlingly good.. Bad: When the place is really busy, like Saturday afternoon, there aren't enough sales people. Of course, this is true of any business.. Other: We bought tile to do our entire house from Import Tile. The slate and travertine and crema marfil marble were beautiful, well-packed, and the prices were great. We got several excellent granite counters for something like $350 each, the slate was about $3 per square foot -- half what we were expecting to pay. Contractors use this place heavily, and that's a strong recommendation. It was worth the 30-mile drive for us to go there, believe me.. more
