I have taken my 2002 Mazda to them for over a year now. I was referred to them by a friend of mine who is a retired mechanic. I have since taken my car to them for at least a half dozen repairs and they have always done a great job. They also are more than happy to work with my warranty company to get the repairs i need done quickly and at little cost to me.
Although i am overall extremely happy with their work, there are a few minor things i would point out that they could do better. First, any work, from brakes to transmission to oil changes takes them literally all day. The actual work does not take all day but with their consistent workload, there is rarely a time when i can get my vehicle out of there before around 5pm. Now i usually drop off my car in the morning and expect it back the same day in order to get to work the next day. If this is not a problem for you than this shouldn't bother you.
They rarely give you a call to let you know the work is done and your car is ready. So what, most repair shops/mechanics aren't reliable at call backs either in my experience.
3rd, They replaced the heat grids in my seats and (apparently while taking the seats in and out of the car) scratched the base board on the door up pretty severely (small gouges of plastic were taken out of the board) I did not ask them about it b/c i had just had ~$2000 worth of work done for $100 and didn't feel like making a fuss about it. No one but me has even noticed the scratches before i pointed them out.
Overall, 5 stars b/c the problems i have had with them are not uncommon for mechanics, and i can live with it in return for honest mechanics who know what they are doing.
Pros: Great Service, Great People, Family Owned/operated
Cons: Any job generally takes all day
