Color me impressed. Got a quote from the BMW dealership for over 500 dollars to replace a battery. Import performance diagnosed the car and performed the repair for less than half that. I will think twice before going back to the dealership now that i know I have import performance as an option. more

These guys are great at what they do. You can tell they care about you and that is what I look for when trying to find a shop for my baby. I brought my car in for a check engine light and some squeaking coming from the front of the car. They checked my car out and had a written estimate for me to review within an hour. I had them perform just the minimum to get by and they helped me prioritize the repairs so i can plan to have them done in the future. I feel safe and aware in my car now. The Worst 9/26/2011

Stay as far away from this place as you can get. A wolf in sheep's clothing, clean waiting area where in the back they screw up your vehicle and charge you multiples of what even your import dealer would. The one other customer they had there while i was there was also being shaken down and mad. And they top it off with surly and arrogant customer service. more
