A very satisfied customer! 12/10/2011

I was on Rt 202 in West Chester at a red light in heavy traffic and smoke started coming out of the right side of my hood. I honked my horn so the car in front of me could move up a little further so I could get off the road and turn into a parking lot. I called 911. I thought my car was getting ready to catch on fire. The car that had been in front of me follwed me into the parking lot. Out came Kevin and his 2 friends from Import Intelligence. He said since he was a mechanic, and saw what had happened, he couldn't just let me deal with this problem myself. He and his friends stopped, opened up my hood and said I should not drive it at all right now. They couldn't diagnose the problem right then and there, but they said their shop was not far away. I was so greatful that Tony and his friends stopped to help. I called AAA, they took my car to Import Intelligence. \r \r I needed to rent a car while Import Intelligence was repairing my car. title says it all. I could not be more satisfied. very detailed and clean work. not just your average shop. honest. hard working people and great at what they do. i recommend these guys to everyone. as the previous person says. I'm a customer for life. you cant replace A+ service and quality. more

Honest and Affordable Mechanics 10/7/2009

I took my car here for a second opinion. The other place I went told me I needed over $1000 worth of work. The guys at Import Intelligence told me I only needed some of the recommended work and gave me a MUCH better price. These are just genuine hard working guys plus I'd much rather support a local business than some giant corporation. I'm a customer for life. Pros: Honest mechanics, great prices more
