Imperial School Photography

Well i've been trying to get my money or my sons pictures back since April 2009 and Today my sons school staff informed me Imperial went out of business!!!!! They took my money ($30. 00) and other peoples as well and just walked away with it! I'm so upset! why cant i just get my money or pictures? Someone please help! The owner show pay up or GO TO JAIL! Cons: NO PICTURES KEPT MY MONEY! more

Pray that you never have a problem with your photo order. If you do, you will not receive much help from Imperial's office staff or from Imperial's owner. They will not make special allowances for special needs children!!!! My 6 year old with Autism cried for 7 hours because they would not take her picture for an I.D. program set up by police in case she ever goes missing. How can you get more offensive than that!!? Then they try to blame the ""mishap"" on the school itself!! I will never willingly use this company for any reason. This company needs to update to current standards or stop working with children!! Pictures are fair, prices are outrageous and the office personel, Vikki, is horrible!!!!! Dont even try getting in touch with the prez/ceo, Mike Bailey, because they, Vikki, will not pass you to his voicemail but will tell you he doesnt check his messages if you did. more

My daughter this year is graduating/promotion as they call it now, from 8th grade. To my surprise I was so extremely diappointed in the grad/promtion pictures that she had brought home. You would think that they would do a little more to make them special photo memories! Instead they where like basic old school pictures, only with a cheese cheap stryofoam cut out of 2007, you can see the cuting in the foam it self and the little particalsof styrofoam that flaked on the black cloth that covered small table that the 8th graders leaned on. Spring pictures where better than these pictures, heck the regular school pictures where better than these! I hope to god her high school photos are nothing like these! I have seen my friends girls photos that are in the same grade and school district that have better 8th grade promotion pictures. Nothing real fancy but done to where they where special an different from the rest! Not alot of thought was put towards these pictures and if I had know how they wouold look so cheap and cheesy I would have taken her myself to a real photography studio!
