A fabulous Lincoln Chinese Restaurant. The service is amazing. We regularly ordered take-out from there. They knew who we were when we called and would know what we were going to order and would throw in some free egg drop soup. Great service, plenty of seating, never had to wait very long to eat. more

The Imperial Palace has the best Chinese food in Lincoln, hands down. The quality of the food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious. That is a little hard to find in Chinese resaurants. With so many great choices on the menue, it's the perfect place to go with friends where each person orders a separate dish and then everyone shares. Each meal tastes as though it was prepared individually with care; the food never resembles Chinese buffet fare, where the standard is same meat, different sauce over and over again. Likewise, it's not "fast food" Chinese or "chain" Chinese food. It is probably the most genuine and cosmopolitan Chinese restaurant in Lincoln. The imperial palace in Lincoln has what is arguably the worlds best hot and sour soup. I have tried the soup at many other chinese restaurants but none compares the the soup at this restaurant. The Imperial Palace is a Lincoln Tradition -the exterior is a striking white with red trim and pagodas. The General Tso's chicken is also very good. more
