I've lived at the Imperial House for over 3 years now and the staff has been nothing but friendly and professional. I've lived in 2 different suites on two separate floors, one on the west side of the building, and one on the east side of the building. The east side of the building is the better view. Pros: Beautiful view and a quiet building Cons: Rent could be less more
