These guys really don't get customer service. Hacked the front of my new truck to get the snow plow installed. Said that they would replace the apron, get me the missing parts and make it right. Nothing yet.... more

I am very disappointed with their service. In few words, beautiful facilities, expensive cars, bad coverage, and their customer service is the worse after you pay. I bought a used car with only 2000 miles on it, pretty much new, then among many discussions the main issue is that they car gave me the car with only one key (no keyless despite it was described as keyless entry) After I paid, they made me feel used. The salesman man, Mark Walker, made me feel like fool. He did not show any interest of solving any question, he was just for the money in a terrible way. I got furious seeing a car of the year programed with keyless entry, yet nobody gave the control and the only solution they offer is to buy a new one that cost around $500.00. Terrible customer service despite of the fancy facilities. I won't recommend this dealership for their lack of kindness. more

Not Like Other Dealerships! 5/31/2011

I bought my Jeep at Imperial Cars and it was a very nice experience. Sales professionals were courteous, friendly and not pushy at all. Everyone who was in a 2 foot radius of me greeted me with a very genuine hello and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, offering popcorn, beverages, etc.\r I found my Jeep and fell in love with it. I also fell in love with another Dodge vehicle as well. The prices were not comparative as the Dodge was more money, but throughout the process I was never encourage to go with one vehicle or the next. I was given the practical information to make an educated decision and when it came down to it, i was asked how I felt about the vehicles, not about price point or anything like that. The specs on both vehicle met my criteria, it was just the style of the vehicles, maker and price that was different. The fact that I wasn't bullied into the more expensive one and my sales guy (Stevie) lead me to the one that he could tell I would be happier with shows me that not all Car dealerships are sleezeballs! I love this place and I am looking forward to getting my first oil change (did I just say that?!)\r more
