I am very disappointed with their service. In few words, beautiful facilities, expensive cars, bad coverage, and their customer service is the worse after you pay. I bought a used car with only 2000 miles on it, pretty much new, then among many discussions the main issue is that they car gave me the car with only one key (no keyless despite it was described as keyless entry) After I paid, they made me feel used. The salesman man, Mark Walker, made me feel like fool. He did not show any interest of solving any question, he was just for the money in a terrible way. I got furious seeing a car of the year programed with keyless entry, yet nobody gave the control and the only solution they offer is to buy a new one that cost around $500.00. Terrible customer service despite of the fancy facilities. I won't recommend this dealership for their lack of kindness.
