We awarded our construction bid to a contractor who chose Imperia for the cabinets. We were building a medical office and have done many in the past, we knew the cabinets would be a component of the buildout that would cause delays. When the contract was awarded this company was told to order the materials so they would be in when it was time to build/install the cabinets. We had a commitment from them that the order would be placed upon award of the contract. They waited 8 weeks to order materials---to then find out they ordered the WRONG materials. Our project was scheduled to be completed 2 weeks ago but unfortunately we are STILL waiting for completion of cabinets. When confronted about the delays the only answer we get from them is to tell us all the cabinets will be in on friday--unfortunately that has been 3 fridays in a row. When they tell us the products will be there the next day, they mean 300 in the afternoon. They have now informed us the front desk quartz countertops are not ready and they will be placing a temporary countertop--at our request and cost. They don't know how long we will have a temporary top. They will be glad to install the permanent top as soon as it is available, at the cost of shutting down our business while they do it. They also claimed the toekicks were not their responsibility--this is unreasonable!!!\r
I don't understand how a company can work this way and remain in business. \r
Save your money, or spend slightly more and save your sanity by choosing another vendor---I wish we did.\r
Pros: Pros: Yet to find any
Cons: Completely unreliable and don't work on a schedule
