I have been employed with this company for two years. Being employed here has been a BLESSING to me each day as we try our best to provide excellent service to persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities. \r We are a not-for-profit organization working hard to provide the best care with the finances available.\r What a joy it is to come in to work each day and know I will be provided a smile or joy to my life and in turn, I will have enriched someone else's life. more

Bad business 9/29/2010

Poor management, low wages and don't plan on being employed long. Impact will find ways to get rid of you for any reason, there so called paper trail method. very high stress, poor insurance and you could be charge with something that will follow you forever and you won't really have a chance to defend yourself. I personally have had a very bad experience working there, the clients are great the management is bad. if your looking for a job look elsewhere. Save your name and health more

terrable employer 11/24/2009

do not apply for or work for these people because they will only make things up just to fire you. they will threaten your jobs. only working for min. wage without a pay raise in sight because they will only make up reasons why you cant get it. the impact center will treat you like a robot and expect you to live and work like them. if you dont then they will fire you without just cause. and dont think about getting unemployment because they will lie about your departure from them. Cons: the office staff will back stab you, working for min. wage more
