Contact with the company is near impossible. They did what looked to be a great job laying sod in my yard. However, the morning after they'd done the work, I noticed all the trash left in my yard. They also had not done a few of the services I had paid for. I called them that morning and they promised to be out that day. They never showed up. It then took me 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages before I finally got an someone to answer the phone - and that was only when I called from a different phone number. I asked to PLEASE make sure to let me know when someone would be out to clean up the trash and finish the job. No calls. On a Sunday morning, my doorbell rings, and it is Immaculate asking me to move my cars so they can trim the trees. I had not been told anyone would be out at that time. \r Three weeks after the sod had been laid, there was finally a good rainstorm. When I first had Immaculate do an estimate, I made sure they understood how important the drainage of my yard was. We had previously had water flood about half of my patio during heavy rainstorms, and I wanted (and paid for them) to grade my yard to prevent water from coming into my patio. After the first heavy rainstorm with the new sod, my patio flooded much worse than it ever had before, and the rain wasn't the worst I've seen since being in my home. I called Immaculate immediately, and they promised to be out the next day. It has now been 5 days, and I have yet to hear from them, again. No one has been to my house, no grading issues have been resolved.\r If you want poor quality work, hire them. I had the front yard re-sodded with this company. The crew was friendly and professional and worked really well with the schedule that they had set forth from the beginning. The new grass looks nice so far, it has not been on long enough for me to be certain that it is going to take hold, but I am happy with the results that I have now. The yard is lush and green. The service is pretty expensive, but they do a good job and I am happy thus far. more
