Absolutely no service after the sale! Dozens of phone calls and e-mails will go unanswered. We needed small coverage adjustments to our new system that they insalled. After two months of trying to contact them to get this done, we are giving up and using another company. It is just not worth the headache. Immaculate Land Specialties' attitude is very clear...if they can't get anymore money from you, you aren't even worth a returned phone call. more

Josh and his crew did an awesome job lowering my water usage. They came and change some heads and did some upgrades to the time settings and made all the water hit specific target areas and ta-dow, green everything, no water where nothing was growing (sidewalk and driveway) saved me significantly on my bill. I met with several providers. Josh shot me a fair deal, delivered far earlier than expected and the system is great. I love it. These folks are pros and very passionate about providing a good system. The details that an inexperienced person miss on a sprinkler system make it easy for someone to shoot you a lower price. Their price was fair and the system is going to actually do the job, something I worried about with the other people that had a slightly lower bid. I would use Immaculate every time and extend my strongest recommendation. more

I hired Immaculate Landscape to install all new landscaping around my new pool and outdoor kitchen along with repairing the sprinkler system that was severely damaged by the pool construction as expected. Josh gave me a detailed price for all of the work we spoke about which did not have any unknowns (very professional). Josh and his crew did an excellent job installing all of the work. He was always communicated with me to let me know when things would be done and he held to his schedule. My wife and I added several items as things progressed and the extra pricing was very reasonable. I would hire him again and definitely recommend him to others. His original price was all I paid plus the add-ons. Josh also earned my weekly lawn service business. Josh was very professional and has a great ability to listen to the customer and understand what they want. more

He gave us a bid to install and outdoor patio with rock walls and fountains. After two days work started he complained that they needed $4400 more because he under bid the project. He said after the fact that he should of made a more accurate bid but this bid would of costed $1000. Anyway the fountains leaked and finally broke after two weeks and the first rainstorm made the rock walls collapse. We cant get him on the phone and are very heartbroken that we waisted all our money on this mess. He must be incorporated so you can't sue him I would be very suspicious of the first couple of reviews. more

We recently had our backyard completely resod with zoysia grass. I cannot say enough about this company. The owner is very professional and his team is excellent. My husband and I watched as his team completely leveled our lawn taking out old sod, adding a tree, and removing our attempts at landscaping within an hour. Everything went like clockwork and within 5 hours the crew had completely finished the job and we have a new, awesome lawn. They even cleaned up the mess in the front from the dirt & sod so you couldn't even tell we'd had work done in the back. We had some problems establishing the lawn but the owner was very helpful remediating the situation. I would highly recommend Josh & his crew. Josh and his crew are professional and know what they are doing. Josh is creative and makes you see his vision. I would recommend him for sprinklers or any type of landscape. I found Immaculate through another contractor who did stellar work on our deck, (Austin Dream Decks) so I knew that I had someone who had a good record. Josh and his crew put my system and landscaping in over 1.5 days and included some labor they had not planned on. Their quote was reasonable, they worked hard, and have even come back to make sure the system is working properly. It has been a couple of weeks and the grass they put in is starting to green, and the zones look solid. Josh is definitely busy, but answers the phone and does what he says he will. We hired these guys to repair our sprinkler system after a pool installation. The owner of the company spent most of his time here complaining about how he wasn't making any money on the job. That was kind of hard to believe, considering we paid him $1300 to repair 3 zones; work which took one laborer 2 days to accomplish. I know he wasn't paying this non-English speaking laborer much, and a few hundred $ of materials... how could he not make any money? Pros: Average quality on the heads/zones that were installed correctly. Cons: Poor quaility on the others, no follow through on their errors, can't trust. more
