We love the Exploreum in downtown Mobile. The family membership is an excellent value if you expect to attend more than once or twice a year. My younger children (ages 3 and 5) really enjoy the hand on exhibits downstairs. The water feature is particularly fun! Make sure to try out your hand at weather forecasting on TV. Traveling exhibits have been wonderful. The Dead Sea Scrolls just recently left. We've also seen dinosaurs and a brain pathology exhibit. Parking can be a bit of a pain in bad weather. There is a free lot down by Ft Condi. Come early and leave early before the camps or school crowds show up!
