In Response To drpitt’s Review of Our Services On July 24th, 2011\r \r As a Better Business Bureau “A” Rated company and the recipient of the 2011 & 2012 Angie’s List Super Service Award, ImageWorks Painting takes all feedback very seriously as we continuously strive to improve the quality of our customer service. \r \r In the case of drpitt’s review of our company that was posted on July 24th, 2011, we believe this review to either have been intended for a different company but mistakenly directed at us, or a misguided attempt by a competitor to damage our good reputation. We have made every attempt to contact the reviewer, both directly and through CitySearch to resolve this matter. \r \r We were unsuccessful in making direct contact with the member because there has been no contact information posted on their profile page. We have also made contact with CitySearch asking them to either connect us with the reviewer, validate the review, or remove it from their site. But their policy states that they do not substantiate any of their online reviews, nor will they intervene in the matter of a disputed review, as long as it is not in clear violation of their terms of use.\r \r So our response to this review is that we aim to provide all of our customers with the utmost care and attention during all aspects of their project, and as such we have extensive contact with each of them before, during, and after their project to ensure that they are happy with every detail of their experience with us, as well as to address any concerns that may arise during the course of their project. \r \r We dispute the validity of this review since no such concerns as these have ever been brought to our attention. ImageWorks uses only employees to perform our work, and not subcontractors, as the review states. All vehicles that represent our company have been professionally lettered with our logo and information, and no company magnets have ever been made. ImageWorks have done both the exterior and interior of our house. Both jobs were done beautifully! Any issues that we saw were handled promptly and without problems. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional paint service that really delivers! more

Imageworks painted the complete exterior of my house and my wife and I could not be happier. They provided a detailed and accurate estimate and only used high quality materials (Sherwin-Williams paint). They completed the work in a timely manner and the work looked great. Our house has a lot of external trim, and it was all completed. Best of all, the job was done extremely neat and clean, no splatters, drips or runs. \r Our house was painted back in 2006, so why am I posting a review now? Most of the painting companies we talked with beforehand assured us the house would require painting every 4-5 years. The Imageworks painters were confident that, with a good paint job using high quality paint, the paint should last for up to 8 years. Here it is 7 years later and the house still looks great. \r more

I recently had Image Works Painting paint the interioir of my house. They did the Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining which included trim work.(baseboards, crown modeling, etc.) The works were very knowledge and polite. They finshed the job on time and cleaned everyday at the end of the day. more

We have used ImageWorks several times over the last 5 years. First met them at the Home Show and were impressed with the options they presented to us for refinishing our deck. The results were beautiful and long lasting. Since then they have done inside projects including painting our greatroom with 22' high ceilings, painting all of our trim, repairing plasterboard seams and marks from water damage. They have ALWAYS been responsive, competitively priced, and VERY neat. We will continue to refer ImageWorks to family and friends and will only use them for our projects. more

ImageWorks Painting, I can't say enough about how good these men are!! I had my entire first floor painted and two bedrooms upstairs. These men are true professionals. They always arrived on time, took special care when moving my furniture, and when they were finished at the end of the day my house was completely cleaned. They also had special patience with my two Golden Retrievers that loved to be in the way. I was so pleased with the inside of my house, I asked about doing my deck. They powerwashed and stained my deck with the same quality as they had with the painting. After two years it still looks great. The estimates are accurate and very reasonable. I tell everyone about ImageWorks. It is a company I trust. more

Imageworks was referred to my by my sister. Perry did my estimate and knew more about paint than I thought there was to know. The crew was polite, professional, and always in uniform. They cleaned up every day and left my house looking great. I truly appreciated their professionalism throughout the process. I couldn't recommend more. Great job. more

We hired this company to paint our house for us. They did not do a very good job. First of all they sent out a crew that was not even a part of their company. They apparently use subcontractors to do most of their work. This was not disclosed upfront, we only found out because we saw the crew take a magnet off of their truck one day with a different company name on it. When we found this out we ended the job. We were not impressed with the quality of the work either. I would not recomend this company to anyone. more

I left my name for a call back at the Home Show. They called me, left me an estimate for more than I had asked to have paintedt. Called and told them again what painting I actually wanted to have done and received another estimate. I told them ok and was told I would receive a contract. I never heard from them again. I called both the office and the guy giving estimates without success. I finally left another message that I was going to hire a company that actually followed through with their customers. Pros: Can't comment as they never came to do the work. Cons: Unresponsive to customers more
