This was the best salon. The staff were extremely professional my wife and I both use the salon, We have seen Alyssa and Lee for coloring and our haircuts, even though all the stylists do wonderful work. Lori is the massage therapist and she is wonderful. I would recommend this salon for the whole family! thank you Image Salon!!! more

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!! Called and spoke to manager yesterday to be sure that someone there knew how to properly cut naturally curly hair. She says, absolutely...let's set you up with Leigh. Big mistake gets worse when you sit down in Leigh's chair and she's concerned about cutting any of the length from the sides stating it might turn out looking like my husband's mullet from the 80s!!! Would expect this from the redneck-salon but not from the place voted best of Cumming the last two years. Who were the judges during those years??? more

Surroundings were very nice. But 'Pat' (don't know last name) did a very poor job on my hair. I wear a very simple hair style; it does not take a lot of talent to get it right. She does not listen. I won't be back. more

Image salon is located in Lakeland Plaza surrounded by great restaurants and stores to shop at. It's a charming salon with a great view from the front windows, and inside there's plenty for the eyes from the unique and talented hairstylists showings as well as the beauty lessons learned. I stumbled across this salon while walking through a shopping center. The salon has a ""historic"" feel to it with a southern charm flavor. The people were friendly and very, very skilled. I LOVE THIS SALON!! I got a gift certificate for my anniversary and had a blast! I had a great massage with Lori. She's the best. Had makeup with Carla and didn't know I can look this good. But my highlights and haircut are the best I've ever had. The staff is so friendly and funny and the salon is beautiful. You don't feel like you're in a business. It's different when you walk in it's warm or something I can't put in words. You'll just have to experience it for yourself and you'll be glad you did. Call early I had to wait to get in but I did. What a find! I had the opportunity to visit this unique salon last week. I can honestly say I've never experienced a salon like this one. It has a sort of old world, southern charm with it's stone and brick walls, stone floor, fireplace and so much more. It has more of an historic bed and breakfast feel than a hair salon. When I made my appoinment, I had to wait a few days but it's worth it. When I arrived the receptionist took me back to a little area that had an outdoor cafe feel to it. It had a stone floor, stone wall, iron table and chairs and lamposts and such. I was served fresh coffee in a coffee mug, not a paper cup. The area across from that had a fireplace and dryer chairs. My color and cut were exceptional. My color looks like I was born with it! It is so rare to find a place with this much talent and friendly, warm atmosphere. All I can say is great work girls.
