Terrible People Skills 5/17/2012

I came in to ask if they would be able to engrave a metal pendant I received after my son died and when I went in no one would help me. I called hello and the waited for a couple minutes and then asked if anyone could answer my questions and no one said anything. I could see one lady in the back and hear a man clearing his throat back there also. I gave it another minute and I was still ignored so I left. I wouldn't go back to them now if they were the only engraving place left in San Diego. more
