Bad hair by Tara Bauer 4/13/2012

I thought the salon was nice and up to date, however watch who you go to if this salon is a consideration for you. I had the the pleasure to see Tara Bauer who turned my hair into a complete NIGHTMARE. The highlights she put in my hair were worthy of someone either unlicensed or who was doing there first highlight. The bleach bled, the placement was horrible and the color she added had red in it making my hair very brassy upon removal. She refused to do anything other then add the same red color over the highlights, without charging me extra for it. That was after I had already paid her 150.00. Also she is booth rental so if you have any issues the salon will not back who is represnting their name. Whatever you do if you value your hair do NOT see Tara Bauer!!! I wanted to cry...... more

You won't be sorry! 3/4/2012

My 15 year old daughter sees Julia and she loves the way that she looks when she get's done. I go to Tara, who is just the best. I'm ridiculously picky and I always walk out happy. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough! more

She is personable, professional and a top-notch hair care professional.\r \r Her attention to detail is amazing; she remembers her customers' quirks and special requests, makes them feel right at home and is so easy to relate to!\r \r I love this salon, and I'm glad Ms. Jones is my stylist. more

A Lake St. Louis hair salon with real pros!! 9/19/2010

Hi!!! I'm Jessica and I work at Image Makers Salon as a Hair Stylist! I am fabulous at military fades and if you like, I am great at using a razor for that slick, smooth feel. I also enjoy creative color and trendy cuts, and I love to make people feel beautiful. The Salon opened in April of 2010; we have comfy chairs and state of the art styling stations. I also do pedicures and manicures and you will be so relaxed in our massaging pedicure thrones.
