My business, ""Ratkillers Inc."" has not been doing well lately. Folks said with a name like that I had an image problem. So, I went to Image Depot. These guys designed me a new logo, then put my new logo on everything from my T-shirts, coffee cups, beer mugs, golf balls, and a lot of other stuff I give out to my customers. Heck they even logo'ed my ""critter carrier"" van too. AND, they even tattooed my newly designed logo onto my Dog Spike! He goes with me everywhere!. People in public always want their RATS killed after they see Spike! Now as expected, my bidness is soaring thanks to these ""image"" makers in Lakeland. My name is Ryan Dell and I work at Image Depot. What actually happened was the customer placed their order on a Monday needing to take possession of their product on the following Friday for an event. It was communicated at the time of the order that a deposit would have to be received on the order before any production could begin. We were told that we would have the deposit the following day. We did not receive the deposit the following day and placed another phone call to the customer requesting the deposit. We received a return phone call on Friday asking if she had the deposit to us by 1PM that day, if we could have her product done, and we said yes. The customer showed up at 4:30PM with the check for the order. This particular order would have taken several hours to complete and we close at 5PM. We have been in business for over 22 years and pride ourselves on customer service, but realize that even great customer service has certain limitations. more

I HAD AN ORDER PUT IN WITH THE OWNER'S SON FOR SHIRTS FOR MY BUSINESS TO BE COMPLETED TODAY. THE OWNER STATED I HAD GIVEN DIFFERENT DATES AS TO WHEN I WAS EITHER COMING INTO THEIR OFFICE OR MAILING A CHECK FOR HALF MY ORDER. HE SAID THEY REQUIRE 50% DOWN PAYMENT OF THE ORDER TO PRINT ON THE SHIRTS. MIND YOU THIS IS NOT ON THE WORK ORDER EITHER. I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HIM I HAD SPOKEN WITH HIS SON RYAN (VERY NICE GUY) WHOM WAS WORKING WITH ME AND I WAS PAYING FOR THE SHIRTS IN FULL WHEN I PICKED THEM UP DUE TO SHORT NOTICE. THE OWNER STARTED YELLING AT ME TELLING ME I BETTER LISTEN TO HIM. HE DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR NOTHING I HAD TO SAY. USED ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. HE REFUSED TO SELL ME THE SHIRTS I ORDERED BECAUSE HE KNEW I HAD TO HAVE THEM FOR MY STAFF FOR A NEW PROJECT WE'RE WORKING ON. HE WAS VERY RUDE. I WAS AT THE TIME TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HIM AS WELL THAT A BRENDA IN HIS OFFICE WAS VERY RUDE TO MY SECRETARY AND MYSELF FOR WHAT REASON I CANNOT UNDERSTAND. HE AFTER THE FACT STATED THAT WAS HIS WIFE. I SEE WHY THEY ARE MARRIED. THEY ARE JUST ALIKE. THEY WISH TO SPEAK TO YOU IN A MANOR AS THOUGH THEY ARE TALKING DOWN ON YOU. MY BALL IS NOT GOING TO STOP HERE. THIS MAN PUT MY COMPANY AND MYSELF IN A BAD POSITON TODAY. THE DEVIL WILL NOT STOP ME BUT I'M SURE GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT DEVIL...DON'T BE A VICTIM.
