Great place to buy used cars in Fort Wayne, IN. You have to understand used autos and electronics break at any given time even if you take perfect care of it. This is reason that there are warranties. Also please get a mechanic to check the vehicle before you buy it. That way you know what you will be getting in to. Blame the people who sold something month, year or even after few days is not smart without doing due diligence. I have know these guys for over 15 years with no issues. more

Wow is this place trash. When I was test driving a car after about 5 min the sales person Aaron told me he needed to get back because he had a pizza coming. He said he was really poor and the other sales people would eat his food. When we came back he started yelling at the sales people including the general manager saying he was poor and couldn't afford to buy their food. We walked back onto the lot where he was going off to us about them eating his food and being poor. I told him to go eat and we would be back just to get away from him. Nice try Aaron!!! You and your co-workers are really sad. BTW: I bought a NEW car. You people give a new name to shady!!!! more

My boyfriend bought a car from them in Jan, and it broke down last night when we were going to WalMart. He only drove the car from home to school, and sometime went to WalMart. The car was taken care like a baby. All of us know that any second hand cars have problems. But could a car totally break down only within a month? And the problem comes from the engine? Maybe these guys sell COOKIES NOT CARS. Anyway they should take responsibilities for the cars they sold, even though NO WARRANTY, because this is a car, only bought around 20 days. If I drove the car for a year and the engine didn't work, ok, that's my problem that I made the engine broken, I won't let you guys to fix my car. So, if you want to buy car from this store, please carefully considerate. I believe that every dealer has good cars and bad cars, and this is not their faults because they are only dealers, but a company should have their credibilities. more

Amar, Bill, and Dave are liars and the epitome of used car salesmen. I've never had such HORRIBLE service in my life. Not only are they liars but Amar (the owner) is incredibly disrespectful. He yelled at me, hung up on me, and cursed simply because I wanted to tell him my horrible experience in purchasing a car from his company. My husband and I purchased a car from them (paid cash) and it's been one problem after another with them. Amar thinks that because he got a few of the things fixed that he's honorable and just...a load of crap! I have a car that's is 13 years old and works much better than the car we purchased from him being 5 years old. They sell crappy cars that are overpriced. Dave being totally disrespectful to me and making a very STUPID comment about me being girl and not starting my car properly. The car wouldn't start all the time and he said something to the effect of I'm not putting the key in the ignition right. Well, I had several other people try to start the car (males) and they had the same issue. It ended up being an issue with the key all the time. I will NEVER purchase anything from them--not even a pencil. Don't trust them and take your money elsewhere! more

after working with todd one of the employees for a little over a month i finally thought i found a car. it was priced at seven thousand but after researching the car test driving...finishing out it had problems with the engine and been in three wrecks I still was interested in the car. so after much consideration and todd having writhed on fixing some problems I offered 6200 out the door. which I felt was a good price, todd respectively declined saying they can't go down on price because they would be loosing money. okay thats fine and I redirect that and was just going to walk away and continue searching. then the manager of image cars came at me yelling very rudely saying how date we offer that price and trying to make us feel like that was the wrist offer ever. he was very ride and tried to act like we had offended him. then he told us that the only reason they fixed things on the car was cause they thought they silks it.Wrong!!!! how dare u come at your customer like that I offered a price I thought it was worth and if u put to much in then fine but don't come rudely yelling at your customers or your employee who did his job. the only reason u make a living if because of routers like todd who make u look good! do not go here thinking they will work with you..they won't!!! nor are u getting a good desk on a used car! before u offend a customer think twice and that car isn't worth what I offered u! more

This is the bottom of bottom-feeders car lot. Most of the cars have issues as they come from auctions. The owner stated that he is making no money on selling cars and gives the impression that he is trying to help you. He preys on people who are honest and trusting. My Honda has been giving me problems since I bought it in May. Stay away, stay away, stay away!!! Cons: EVERYTHING you can think of. Stay away~!!! more
