Great customer service 6/20/2007

Outstanding customer service. It took me almost two hours to select the blinds I wanted installed and had 3 impatient kids with me at that time. Raymond was very helpful, had many suggestions and took his time answering all my questions. He was also very patient with my kids. This is the second time I decided to give my business to Image Blinds and will most likely do so in the future. Highly recommended... Pros: lots of experience and product knowledge, lower in price than other places more

EXTREMELY Poor Customer Service. Rude Workers. 1/22/2006

Female worker was EXTREMELY rude over the phone. Her only goal was to get off the phone as quickly as possible. Before I could ask a second question, she hung up on me. I have no desire to do business with someone who won't take the time to answer my questions. Cons: Horrible Staff, Poor Manners more
