Great service with great guys 4/3/2014

Overall I've had a great experience in working with Image Auto Repair and they have out shined most if not all other shops in the nearby area in regards to customer service. I've had my smog done there, my brakes and several tune-ups and everytime I've compared them with other companies from a cost point of view, they have come out the cheaper route and like I said the customer service was great. They even picked me up from a train station in San Francisco once in order to help me out when my car wasn't running and I had to get it towed. These guys are great and I highly recommend them to anybody in the area looking for some mechanical help at a reasonable rate. Frank S. more

Good mechanics are hard to find! 4/2/2014

Image Auto Repair have always been outstanding. They've always listened to my concerns and follow-up quickly. If anything takes longer than they said it would, they communicate with me and let me know what's happening. I couldn't be happier with them. Good mechanics are hard to find! more

The customer service at Image Auto Repair is great. They are professional but also have a family oriented feel. They really care about their customers as far as getting the job done and they go the extra step to make sure it's done right. more

Real mechanics 3/4/2014

Image Auto Repair has done everything like smog, tires, and engine repair. They're real mechanics and also real people. A small business owner that understands his clientele and does everything he can to make sure he gets it right. more

Excellent experience 2/7/2014

I've been using Image Auto Repair for six years and they are a perfect example of what customer service should be. They're very flexible with my schedule and always give me a great deal for their services. Fred is professional, honest, and accommodating. They've done everything from smog checks to replacing my brakes. The shop is always clean and organized. I can't recommend them enough! more

A good and honest mechanic. 1/30/2014

Fred of Image Auto Repair has been my mechanic for years. Collectively, it's been a wonderful experience. He has always taken good care of my cars. His location is GREAT for me, especially since he moved. He is a very honest mechanic and is able to diagnose things accurately. Scheduling appointments with him is no problem at all. There's never much of a wait. You hear a lot of negative stories from people who get unnecessary work done based on the influence of their mechanic, but at Image Auto Repair, that has never been the case. I often refer Fred to others because he is a good and honest mechanic with whatever vehicle he is working with. more
