These are all the words that can be used to describe Mr. Jim Hammoud. Its been two years and I have not received one single thing from him. I have contionously called him and visited the studio and he or his staff would make up reasons for not having my pictures and video. I WAS WARNED BUT DID NOT LISTEN PLZ FUTURE BRIDES LISTEN TO ME AND DO NOT BOOK UR WEDDING WITH IMAGE 224! Jim is a lazy, insensitive liar that just books alot events even though he knows he is not responsible enough to follow through with his work. He constantly cancels photo shoots and never ever replies to his voicemails - and lately his voicemail has been full. He left all his unsatisfied customers unfinished work and went on vacation - his shop is closed, his business phone has a full voicemail box. This business has been sued numerous times by clients unhappy with their service. THis is a fact, and his staff (limited) DOES write reviews on all the sites, the only good reviews are done by his staff. These, a-holes charged us $5K which we paid in full, all we received was our sample pictures that were put in a cheap album you could honestly find better quality albums at Kmart!! and took 18 months to get our main wedding picture which I cried and begged for everyday with a phone call to their receptionist.. whom by the way QUIT because apparently she couldn't stand the harrasment from all the customers complaining, and her having to lie and cover up for the ower 100's of times a day, I ran into her at the gas station one day and she was totally mortified when she seen me, and spilled the beans completely. Married in 2005, after 3 years of NOT receiving my album I had to go over there with a cop and threaten them to produce the product- they gave me the leather album (empty of course) that I paid for 3 years ago, and my pictures SEPERATELY - I have to put the album together myself!!?? which I still haven't done bec. frankly I don't know how to!! It has been since 2005 and I still don't have my album. Jim and his staff are very nice, but that doesn't mean they know how to run a business. You can take great shots, but that doesn't mean you should over book yourself and take peoples money and not finish what you promised. Word is spreading and I am sure he will not have many customers remaining. I myself have told 5 couples not to use him in the last 2 years - that's a lot of money. Pros: Jim is exciting and super nice to deal with, beautiful work Cons: can't get him on the phone, overloaded and can't catch up to all the work he still has to finish, you will never get everything, video took 1yr more

I can never express in words the extremes in immorality this Jim lousy photographer can go. I would never advise anyone to ruin their wedding memories with this lier. After he gets the money, it is over for your forever memories, his video is worse than a cheap personal video taken by a 5 year old, you may wait years before getting your photos and pictures. Above all he gives himself and his image 224 evaluations on diffirent websites as the best of the best like the ones posted on this site on the same day on 3/24/2008. Excellent wedding pictures: We shopped around quite a bit for a wedding photographer. In the end, we picked Image 224. Jim offered the best prices and did not compromise on quality. We were particularly . We've had a lot of compliments on our album. Pros: Quality & Price more
