Found a trustworthy shop 2/13/2015

I took my VW 09 GTI to get a clutch replacement done at IMA. I am very satisfied by their professionalism and their knowledge on VW. Also, it was convenient because I used their shuttle to go home and back without arranging a ride from someone else. The owner went beyond and got my car alignment as well. A+ experience. more

First Time Visit for Minor Service 12/24/2014

I was recommended by a friend to IMA Motorwerke and very glad I stopped by. The shop is obviously run by folks with a passion, exactly what I would want for my 997. Many thanks to Ivan for the time andn information just talking about the shop and the work they do. Allen up front and the folks in the back all have the same positive, passioned attitude and willingness to talk about the cars they love. Thank you much. Everything I needed with a personal touch. 10/21/2014

I had a great experience with my first time at the shop. Ivan was very helpful with all my questions and Chris did a great job with all the upgrades I wanted. Ivan even came in on his day off to finish up my car. Turn around time was also excellent which is important to me. Lastly the price was reasonable for what I wanted completed. Amazing place 9/21/2014

This is one of those "they don't make 'em like that any more" finds. You can stand next to a Porsche enthusiast/master mechanic and watch while he works on your car and explains exactly what's going on. Not discount prices, but certainly fair for what you get (top of the line everything) and still lower than the dealer. If you have a 911 and need service or performance upgrades, bring it here. more

Ghosts in the machine 9/2/2014

It started with the old check engine light. Too many codes, and it went form there. But the folks at IMA stayed at it and worked it until they got the computer, crankshaft and accelerator to work together while keeping th e costs reasonable. more
