Every time I went to Ilona, the staff, the atmosphere etc. was always fantastic. However, I received gift certificates from there only to find out that they have closed. This is upseting and now I am left with a large amount of gift certificates. I am surprized and upset that they didn't give any notice to their closing, it is just not the way they operated their business. more

I recently visited Ilona to try out the new hair salon. I saw Erin, one of the stylists. She was amazing. I found her after being referred to her by a woman I met at the grocery store. She made the trip a great one. I would recomend her highly. She is wonderfull with my crazy hair. She had helpful ideas and even took the time to teach me how to recreate the look. She is one of the best. I decided to make a switch from my stylist of 22 years for her, you should too!!! The salon is gorgeous and up to date. The whole trip was relaxing. Pros: talented staff more

I went to the spa for a full day of treatments. The massage was great, and so was the manicure and pedicure. The facial was a horrible experience. I've had many facials, and my face is pretty smooth. The facialist ended up pushing and proding so much with a needle and her hands that I was left with scarring for days. I would not recommend the spa for facials. I travel a great deal for work, and often try spa treatments in cities around the country, and I have never found anywhere to exceed the treatments and service at Ilona. The aestheticians are highly trained and serious about their work, from the manicurist to massage therapists. The products they have chosen to market are all wonderful, and care is taken to make suggestions that really pertain to the customer. No pressure to buy. Ask for Mai for a facial - she's fabulous. I have been receiving a multitude of treatments at Ilona Bio-aesthetics for many years. Wonderfully relaxing facials, body massage treatments from the swedish to deep-tissue, body purifying treatment - my favorite the volcanic ash & seaweed scrub is relaxing as well as de-toxifying. Every experience is peaceful and invigorating. The spa is private, and the atmosphere is soothing. I've been using the product line for many years and think they are live up to the expectation of helping to keep my skin youthful and vibrant! i highly recommend - the staff is respectful, kind and really good at what they do!! I have had several different treatments at Ilona and would recommend everyone of them. From the owner, the aetheticians, to the receptionist, everyone provides A+ customer service. Some of the treatment rooms can feel a bit cramped but by the time you leave you'll be thinking cozy not cramped. All of the aetheticians I have met take their jobs very seriously and will work with you to give you the best advice, results and service they can. They also take pride on being on the cutting edge of spa services. The only downside (and my review will not help) is that the place is very popular and you usually need to book an appointment at least a week in advance and more for Saturday appointments.
