Illusions Hari Design - Horrible 6/22/2012

I was in the salon having my hair cut again after it had been cut the day before - it was done horribly. As I was having my hair recut - another customer came in and her hair was done a week before by Abraham - and the treatment needed to be redone. All he did was argue with her and the owner Billy did nothing, absolutely nothing. She left and as I was leaving Billy and Abraham were talking and laughing at her. This is wrong and I will never go back and people should be aware. more

Illusions has a great friendly staff, and offer a great amount of services and products. They even now have a massage therapist, who is Fabulous!!! This hair salon is located at 567 Southbridge Street in Auburn, MA. They are easily located on Route 12 off of route 290. They have a great team of hair design experts, very knowledgeable and very polite. They are also very friendly. They offer extensive services. They handle everything from haircuts, colors, manicure, etc. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Great staff, great work at a great price. more
