I went to see Dr. Bulent Mamikoglu to have a mastiodectomy done. At first, I found his care to be OK. Nothing to write home about, but just average. The staff was great, and very nice.\r
After the procedure it seemed that the doctor was becoming more and more, not interested with my concerns or any questions I had. His answer was usually ""don't worry about it"".\r
My last visit was the worse. I walked in to the office at 9:43 for a 9:45 appointment, and I was out of there at 9:50.\r
The nurse put me in a exam room, closed the door, and 3 seconds later the doctor came in. He looked into both ears, and said everytings ok, come back in 6 months and proceeded to open the door and walk away. I stopped him with a question about my sinuses and his reply was,"" Your insurance wont cover another surgery right now. Your insurance has not even paid for the last one, (which they had) and walked away. Unbeknown to the doctor I was not interested in another surgery and want to know about other options.\r
I WILL not go back there. \r
This doctor disresected me and amde me feel like I was not INSURED enough for him. so my advice here...\r
THINK TWICE!!!!!
