Air Conditioner System Check 5/31/2018

Service technician John from Illiana came out promptly at the time we had scheduled for our A.C. check and was very thorough and explained each step in the inspection process. He answered all our questions and was very professional. Would definitely recommend Illiana for the expert professional service they provide. more

Service Call for Maintenance 7/6/2017

We have a Gold Star Maintenance Agreement so I was expecting just a routine check of the air conditioner. Charlie was the technician who arrived right on time. He was very courteous and after checking everything indicated that our 16 year old air conditioner was still in very good condition. He explained everything he checked and gave us in writing what his findings were. We were very pleased with his level of service. We have always had great service from Illiana. more

furnace cleaning 1/1/2017

Service tech was professional and courteous. He did a good job cleaning. The price is good, using the coupon they send you. We purchased two furnaces and two air conditioners from Illiana but only have them clean one each year as they have a policy that allows only one coupon to be used per household; not one coupon per each unit in the household. more

Furnace repair 10/15/2016

Excellent service! Kylie was friendly on the phone and was able to get a technician out to service us within three hours. This was important since we had no heat. Tony came out, inspected the situation, and gave me a detailed analysis and cost estimate. During the repair he found a couple other issues that I had him address as well. I approved the recommended fixes and signed a one-year contract which gave me a 15% discount on the current work being done. Tony was knowledgeable, informative and easy to speak with regarding my furnace issues. He explained the situation in a friendly and comprehensive manner and I couldn't be happier. Both Tony and Kylie get an A+ from me! more

Just got furnace 'okay'd' for the winter 9/19/2016

I always ask for Illiana Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. to come and service my air conditioner and furnace. They always know what to do and I am always satisfied. I highly recommend their service. The only downside is that I'm have to evaluate one of your service people. Evaluations degrade the workforce. You should know your people well enough to not have us bother with evaluations. I'd rate whoever came up with the necessity of an evaluation system a MINUS TEN. more
