Pros: friendly and prompt service; order accurately and timely prepared; fresh ingredients and nice flavoring in chicken (not overly salted like Chipotle's).\r
Cons: chicken in my burrito was well-prepared and nicely seasoned, but COLD; floor next to the soda and condiments island was dirty and littered; although the restaurant was not busy at all and one employee sat at the bar when there were no customers in the food line, no staff cleaned up the debris around the soda island and no staff walked through the restaurant to check cleanliness or orderliness of tables, chairs and floors; one kitchen staff was shaking rubber floor mats and mopping floor close to the food service area but none of the food was covered during this operation.\r
Recommend: management and service team with some focused dedication; not a great over-all value, so I would not recommend this restaurant to a friend.
