John and his wife are great. Very easy to work with. They're great about returning messages. The few times I've needed repair, they've either been quick about it or allowed me to do the repairs myself and even paid me rather than a contract handyman (simple stuff like fence repair). more

Wonderful Service and Very Friendly 2/7/2011

I agree with AustinGirl21 as well. The owners are really nice and will work overtime to help you get things squared away. I remember there's one summer where my AC unit broke. They got the issue fixed right away as it was well over 100 degrees. They've been my property manager for well over 3 years and they take care of everything for me. I really appreciate their work and am grateful for their help. more

Great Guy! 1/14/2011

I actually disagree with everyone. I think the owner is a really nice guy and they are always here to help me.The lady that answers my calls always get back to me if I leave a message and she is a sweetheart. When my water heater was out they they sent some one of the day and got everything sqaured away. He is not a mean landlord like ones I have had in the past. I am greatful for them and plan to live in my house for a while! more

Stick with an established agency that has a good reputation and the resources to provide good service. These folks are too small, spread too thin and don't seem to be serious about what they do. I agree with other reviewer. He only contacts you when it is at his benefit. Totally uncooperative and unresponsive, I feel sorry for the next sucker he gets in his net. Pros: glad we are done with this company Cons: Money Grubber more

Inept and Unprofessional 5/31/2009

They are unprofessional and unresponsive. They provide contact numbers and an email address that do not consistently work. They will not give a physical address. Do business with them at your own risk. You are unlikely to have a fair or satisfactory experience with them. Cons: can end up costing you more than necessary more
