I just wanted to put my two cents worth in here. First my disclaimer?I was asked by my rep (Erik) to post my experiences with iLeads, (which I was happy to do since I?ve done well with the company). I've used iLeads (and their Leads Direct sites) for 6 months now, and in the last 2 weeks, I got 23 leads, and converted 9, that's almost a 42% closing ratio. Out of those, I might get another 1-3 policies, which makes me a happy camper. One last thing, I work the leads?hard. I find that most agents give up after four or five calls?not me. I keep after the leads all of the way up to two weeks from receipts, and then I go after any I haven?t gotten in touch with 30 or so days out. The bottom line is that Erik asked, but I?m glad to put my two cents worth out there. more

I don't write reviews often, but my experience with iLeads has been great. I've got a good rep, the give me good volume, and I use their Leads Direct sites for cheap over flow leads for my guys. I've used them all, and I've always ended up back at iLeads. more

Dead phone numbers, some claim they submitted their information last year and have already been contacted by more than 20 other agents. Some of these people said they didn't even fill out any information online for an insurance quote. After talking with them further, the only information they can remember submitting was to one of those online banner ads saying ""make $50,000 a year from home!!!"". Their email format is terrible. You can't even quote a person with the information provided. After receiving all the leads we had purchased we started receiving replacement leads, which were just as bad as the original leads. We called our rep who was clueless as to why the leads were so bad and said he would get us some solid leads asap. Then after receiving a few replacement leads we get an email saying we have exceeded our maximum number of replacements, even though they guaranteed us 50 solid leads. What we ended up paying for was a bunch of dead phone numbers and disgruntled people who had either submitted their information over 6 months ago, or who hadn't even submitted information for a quote. And I love the rebuttal submitted by the owner on the other ripoff report. It took you 4 years to submit a rebuttal to your dissatisfied customer! Really? That's how you conduct business? All you have to do is Google them and you will see how awful the company really is. DO NOT purchase leads from this shady company. more

Don't even think about purchasing leads from this company. 50% of the leads are dead phone numbers, the other 50% claim they submitted their information more than 6 months ago and have already found coverage. Sure they send you replacement leads, but they are the same junk. Their email format is terrible. You should be able to tell from their website that they aren't a legit company. Absolutely worthless. more

I've worked with all of the big providers over the years, and I've had nothing unique about any one of them. With iLeads they have always delivered what they said they would when they said they would, and their customer service has been top notch. Just those two things make iLeads unique. more

what a joke, nothing but dead leads, uninsurable leads, and leads that are extremely pissed because we are the 10th caller within about 2 hours...haven't closed one lead out of 250 leads from them...waste of money...stay clear of their leads more

don't bother wasting your time with this company, they are not technically advanced to support systems outside of their outdated infrastructure plus their lead quality is crap, old leads that are sent to 15 other agents. they are destroying the lead vendor reputation. plus their management is bogus, unethical, and cunning. more
