Editorial review from Citysearch 2/15/2014

My brother has a disability, mental retardation, and has been working at this location for over ten years with out getting a raise. When he was promoted to a cook they offered him a mere .25 cent raise. (After ten years of being an on time worker, and hard worker wouldn't it be fair for him to receive something more???) I refused to go there for years because I couldn't stand the way they treated him, but today I decided I'd give it a shot. A waitress I believe going by the name of SAM was just HORRIBLE! I'm not going to throw race into the equation but you can judge for yourself. When seated my two children were not offered crayons and coloring papers but I noticed the next two white family's that entered the restaurant did. As soon as she gave my 5 yr old his orange juice he spilled it trying to get it out if her hand. She didn't offer to clean or get him another cup. I also noticed that the two other white family's were notified about discounts while we were barely acknowledged at all? Our eggs were watery and undercooked. The steak was over cooked and hard, while our pancakes were butter less and felt like card board. I would rather spend my money at McDonald's then give this location my money. more
