We also provide storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) preparation and implementation.
IEI’s structural engineering work includes the design of bridges, commercial buildings constructed of concrete, steel or timber, single and multi-family residential buildings, foundation and retaining walls, bluff and slope stability measures.
We facilitate in the development planning process by offering application and permit processing, infrastructure planning, final subdivision and parcel mapping, preliminary development studies, subdivision and minor land divisions, feasibility studies and construction administration.
We work with municipalities, private developers (commercial, residential, mixed-use, affordable housing), builders, universities and schools districts, churches, healthcare/medical facilities, home owners, geotechnical engineers, architects and landscape architects to provide quality service and assisting them to meet their project needs. We work together with owners and designers to promote building projects that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to live and work.
