Two months and counting for tile that was promised to be in twice. Mo, the owner, conveniently refuses refunds on ""delayed"" tile. So your choice become forfeit your money and buy elsewhere, or wait indefinately. Of course I could deny the charges on my credit card... spare yourself this nightmare and avoid Ideal Tile... Mo, the owner, is running a racket.... I wonder how much money he makes on people who give up and move on? I read another review where the customer was waiting 5 months and counting.... if it has happened twice then it has happened a hundred times.... GO ELSEWHERE
