Ideal Image - Richmond

This is not the location I was at... I was in the one in Virginia Beach, VA. I will tell you the overall experience was ok because the associates were nice. But I was upset when I got there 5 minutes before my appointment and they knew who I was when I walked in but I didn't start my consultation until 30 minutes later. I was not informed that I would be waiting or they had a back up until the girl who was doing my consultation informed me. I had just gotten off of work and was going to get lunch before I came but decided to wait because I didn't want to be late. I was very unpleased that I had to sit and wait with no idea what was going on and I could of went to get something to eat before I came. The secretary could of informed me what was going on so I could of known why I was getting delayed for my own meeting.I did like the visit of my consultation though, the girls were nice and understanding. I just didn't like the fact at the beginning where I had to wait and than it make me late for my other outings after that. I did get my treatment that day and will be coming back but I do believe that having me wait for 30 minutes in unprofessional. more

The staff was very friendly. I have been thinking about laser hair removal for years, but because I am an African-American woman it was very hard to believe that it would work for me. Liz and Tiffany explained how the procedure was effective on dark skin and that their is a different type of laser specifically designed for us. I am looking foward to my 2nd treatment in March. more

i was very skeptical about permanently removing my hair. i wasnt scared of the customer service or the pain or discomfort. what put the most fear in me was, i have been hairy forever and just couldnt picture a me without the hair. however ideal made it very easy. they were very welcoming and sincere. i cant wait for my next appointment. more

I picked this place against others due to the fact that the staff was friendly, and pleasant people. They knew what they were talking about and they work really well with you. The procedure was quick and I am already seeing results and I love the fact their services are backed by a life time guarantee, you can beat that. more
