Idaho Repair

I received a call from one of the staff at Idaho Repair to let me know that the technician was on his way for my 4:00 pm appointment. The tech was ringing my door bell at 3:45. He was very courteous when I answered the door. Explained what he was going to do service on my heater. I had questions and he answered them in a fashion I could understand. He explained to me a better way to change my filter than I had been doing. He also told me it was important to keep the bottom of the unit that is outside the house clean and explained the best way to clean it. He also, told me when bumping up the thermostat to do it in increments of 3 degrees at a time. I never knew this I learned a lot from this tech. He was very thorough in servicing the unit.
