Best small plates in the STL 12/11/2009

IceKitchen is new in Westport Plaza, we didnt know what to expect, the decor and large bar make you wonder what the food will be like. Let me tell you.......their chef is amazing! You have to try the seabass Pros: Amazing waiter Cons: Nobody knows about them yet more
