Ice Cream & Pizza Works

At 6:10 PM last night I called in an pizza order for pickup. I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at 6:25 and was told about 10 minutes...no problem...but my order didn't come out until 7:00PM. They weren't very busy so I don't know what the issue was. The server was pleasant enough and did check back to see about the delay but I was not even offered a soda, a discount or a coupon for next time while I stood there waiting for an extra 25 minutes finally get my pizza.\r \r The pizza was good enough, but there are other places that are just as good and I never had this problem with them.\r \r I seriously doubt I will ever go back. Pros: The pizza was of acceptable quality Cons: was told 25 min took 50 min for pizza to be prapared - excessive wait time more
