Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair

Ridiculous people, I think the mechanics dropped out of mechanic school. I took my vehicle there for one problem and came out with 2 other problems and the check engine light on. When I called them they told me to bring it back and after they ""checked it out"" told me they would need to replace 2 other parts. I would gladly sign a petition to have them shut down so they couldn't rip anyone else off. The owner is as said a fake and his brother Wayne seems like a drug addict stuck in the 80's. While I was there I heard the new guy some young kid with a poorly done tattoo on his fore arm talking to the brother about seeing how high they could get people to pay like it was a game they had. I would NOT ever take any vehicle of mine there again, and wouldn't even recommend them to an enemy. more

These creeps give mechanics a bad name,went for an initial estimate was quoted $700 worth of parts and labor pick up vehicle same day. Then after dropping the vehicle off was called within one hour stating they"" discovered multiple problems with the vehicle and the new estimite was over $1800 not including the initial brake job the vehicle was taken in for also the car would not be ready same day, but definately the next day."" Until the next day came and another call was made and due to sludge and grime in the oil pan and another part needs replaced adding another $235 to the bill and the vehicle would not be done until the next day. more

Honest Reliable Friendly Service arctic freeze is a fantastic place to have your car worked on. In general the service is great, the people are friendly and they are honest. I have had them do major air conditioning, front end, tune ups and motor mount work on my 1994 Dodge Caravan. I have taken it my van in to be checked out for a stalling problem and a loose belt and they took care of the stalling issue and tightened the belt for no charge. Like my wife Evelyn says, more

Hey i recently bought a 2006 Escalade off of craigslist and took it to the Dimmit dealership to have a tune up and get it checked out and they told me the head gaskets were blown and gave me an outrageous estimate, i was flabbergasted, it would have nearly cost me the same amount to fix the truck as it was for me to buy it, so i called my sister and she told me about Arctic freeze and they towed my truck from the dealer for free and come to find out all it needed was a new radiator. They repaired my ac which was leaking water on my floor board ....3 weeks later there isn't as much water but the floor continues to get damp for almost 1100$ you think this wouldn't happen air blows rcold though would have given 5 stars except for the damp floor more
