This is my 2nd year using this HVAC company and I would highly recommend them! John the owner came out both times, takes his time diagnosing the problem and is extremely knowledgeable. He explains everything in detail so you understand what the problem is. Also, he tries his best to fix the unit without being pushy about replacing it as other HVAC companies do. more

During extra hot memorial day weekend , my air conditioning was running pretty much non-stop. One evening, I hear water running only to find that water was dripping from my ceiling around a light. The air conditioning (which is housed in the attic) condensation was overflowing. I called Ice Age at 7:00am in the morning. They were at my house by 11am and John was outstanding. He identified the drainage problem with the primary overflow and a major issue with the secondary. Neither very difficult to fix (except he had to be working in the attic in 95 degree temperatures). They were quick to get here (same day). The price was extremely reasonable. And their approach, candor, and self-help suggestions made me feel they were really trustworthy. I recommend them without hesitation more

I called for AC repair after finding their website online. They made an appointment for 6 and said they would call 20 min prior to tech arriving to confirm which they did. It was all downhill from there. At 7 I called them because tech hadn't arrived yet. they said he was stuck in traffic and then later called back to cancel, saying they would be there at 8:30 to 9 next morning. At 10:30 next morning I called to see what's going on since I waited around all morning for them. They operator said she would verify and call back. An hour later she called back to inform me that tech would be arriving in an hour, 4 hours later than what was scheduled. I cacelled. I can't really evaluate their service because I got tired of being jerked around. For a company that advertises 24/7 service with glowing testimonials on their website, their service was downright awful. more

My wife and I were very pleased with our recent experience with Ice Age. The salesman who came out was very knowledgeable and spoke to us in terms we could understand. He did not try to haggle with us or sell us something we really did not need. The installation crew was extremely courteous and they finished when they said they would. I cannot see any reason why someone would give them a bad review. They were not the cheapest company we looked at, but you obviously get what you pay for.? more
