WORST EXPERIENCE. After months of trying to get simple things fixed, like having a cohesive color scheme and adding pictures, we login in today to find our website has someone elses information as the header and tabs! Someone elses phone number?? We have a construction business and it has CARPET CLEANING INFO??? Hello! This isn't rocket science. This is ridiculous. Not happy at all! Nothing has been smooth sailing. Nothing has been professional. No leads.. and if we did get any they'd go to the carpet cleaning people LOL!!!! The website looks generic and boring and kind of a mess. We are soooo done. I made a better website myself and I'm not a ""professional"" like these guys. more

Say one thing do another. Call them and get treated like you are dumb for calling. Good luck if you depend on this company for e-mails and new customer leads. Avoid this rip off company if you can. more

I never imagined how easy this experience could be. Ibiz customized our website perfectly. To know that we can make changes with just a phone call and not have to spend hours on the computer is a great bonus. We have given IBIZwebsite 9 months to get our website up and visible to our clients. We were told endless stories about how we would be within the first three pages within a month after the website went up, but it took them 8 months to get us to page 8. Then we were told that we just needed to give them more money to add ""semi-hidden"" pages that were never actually added. So after 9 months now, we have spent OBSCENE amounts of money and have not had ONE client to show for it. NOT ONE! They never made our website as visible as we were promised. Andrew..the one in charge says...""you just didn't spend enough money to make your website visible"". We did everything they suggested, spent all the money they said they needed...and our business still have nothing to show for it. Don't waste your hard earned money on this company. Do your research and take your business someone that is professional and will actually give you results. more

Being a small company, we were exploring all avenues to advertise our business and the services we provide. At first I was uncertain about what type of website services we would receive, but I have to admit that I am pleased not only with the design of the website but the customer service as well. An added benefit is the that I we are able to make changes at any time at no additional cost to us. As well as the email service that is available to us. Based on the quality of our website we also chose to have iBiz handle our search engine listings. They got us up on the first three pages in less time then they quoted us. Warning. This company does nothing for you except charge you. They are making a killing and doing nothing for their clients. There promise to me was that they would make sure my company was in the 1st 3 pages of google local listings and they have not accomplished that is an entire year. They are nothing but suckers. Don't hire them for your marketing needs. more

I was very impressed with how little time it actually took to produce such a professional website that I will gladly send my prospects to. The entire process was very quick and painless and my site looks incredible. I would recommend Ibiz to anyone. The staff puts together a very professional website for the price, you just can't beat it anywhere else. They are very friendly and made me feel right at home. If there were any changes that I needed done on my site they were on it immediately. The staff has been great to work with though out the whole process. If you do your homework you will see dozens of other companies that are willing to provide excellent customer service. If you have any problems at this site you are told basicallly to get lost..and no real solutions are made. One star is not low enough!!!! All talk. And the owner?manage? is totally rude!!! This company contacted my dad and told him that they would put his website on the first page of Google, but my dad does not have a website anymore. They had told my dad that they would call back in a few days to confirm the information but never did. When I called to see what was happening they told me that what they had told my dad is that they would get his listing on the first page of Google Local Search. This does not do him any good as he conducts business in 4 different states. When I asked them to cancel the work and refund the money they said the work was done and then asked if I was ""done crying."" I would suggest that anyone looking for a website look elsewhere. I had originally heard from iBiz web site hosting, from a friend and he recommended them to me, I called and Robin Santillan helped me out setting up my website. He was very friendly and he gave me a discount for the website, he explained to me that there are different site packages but the most economical one was a standard template but I could customize it with all my pictures business logo and more at no extra cost. The hosting that iBizwebsite provides is excellent no more having to pay for someone to do my website updates, or an other person to do my online marketing. This company delivered what they promised now I'm getting constant phone calls and compliments on my professional website. The other reviews on this site are from people who are ignorant and are trying to take advantage of a great deal. Essentially getting champagne for the price of beer. This company was horrible. They contacted me with an offer to build a standard website for $399. The sales rep assured me that I would be getting a ""beautiful, custom, website just for your trade"" And after lookinig on their website it sure enough says the same claim on the front page, just like this other person quoted in their review. Well that didn't happen because after they sent me a proof I did some researching and found out that mine was an exact copy of another one they did for another company here in my area. I asked them to redo it, they said it would cost more money. I contacted them to get a full refund and that was when I was talking to the supposed manager /owner. I have never been so mistreaded by someone before in my life. He was swearing, name calling, harrassing, and belittling me and my company, and told me that I would get no where and they would never refund the money. Customer service and fixing problems is obviously their lowest priority. I wish I would have seen the other rating on here from the 'star' person before I signed up. They were horrible and I would never ever ever wish them on anyone again. That guy wouldn't give me any more contact information either and said that he was the only one that I would ever speak with. Save your time and money people. Contact real professionals. Cons: Don't deliver what they say they will, and they didn't complete it in 7-10 days like they said they would. more
