Ibarra Brothers Chimney Cleaning

I made an appointment for two of us, specifically to have a mani-pedi at the same time. We were not done at the same time and had to wait for each other to be done.\r \r I had to ask that the cuticles be worked on!!!!! The bottom of our feet were NEVER even touched!!!! Essentially, it was an over priced polish change at around $44. Very over priced. \r \r My friend nicked the paint on one toe and the girl had an attitude about touching it up!!!! \r \r There are NO massage chairs. Some homemade rigged equipment to rest your leg on so they can do the pedi. No nail dryers. She provided NO leg or foot massage!!!!! She applied oily lotion to feet and 1/2 way up the calf, then had me put my sandles on with all of the oil still on my feet. I was slipping and sliding while I was trying to walk out of there. \r \r They were very unprofessional making fun of the locals there.\r \r Save your money and go to a real nail salon!!!!! Since the first manicure, I have been blown away! I have never gotten such an amazing french manicure and pedicure! The work is consistent and done so well! The girls are very nice and the atmosphere was lovely. The salon is very cute and enjoyable! The new ""no chip"" manicure is amazing! It lasted me 2 weeks! If you're looking for a treat this is the place to go! more

These ladies do a great job with the manicures and pedicures. The atmosphere is very cute and comfortable. However, the few times I've been in, the staff have spent too much time gossiping about other customers. If they speak ill of those customers, what will they say about me when I leave? I think its mostly regulars who go here-- friends and relatives of friends. While I enjoy the product, I don't enjoy feeling like I'm in high school again. Pros: pedicures last forever! I love the girls at In The Pink!! They are friendly and kind. The salon is very clean and decorated cute. There is no drinking abuse and hurtful gossip. I feel relaxed and I enjoy the old and new customers that frequent the salon. People engage in healthy conversation and express their own opinion. It's well worth the visit and the prices are great!! No mask need in this salon. more

I have been going to In the Pink for a few years and I am always so happy. The girls there are so nice and friendly and always great to talk to. Their salon is clean and has a big selection of colors. My cuticles and polish always look so good and can last a week+ which is something I never had at other salons. They are a bit more expensive but definitely worth it because the quality is great. I would definitely recommend In the Pink for a great manicure and pedicure! i recently had my bridal party here which is a great service that they offer, along with ladies nights. all the girls who work there are so nice, they were all super accomodating and were very efficient with time and the services. the shop wasso cute and just ours for the couple of hours that we were there for and we could bring food and champagne.. the manicure that i received was the best french i have had in a long time! it lasted all through my honeymoon even with all the swimming we did and did not yellow in the sun. out of all the salons in andover they are the most sanitary and the friendlist, they definatly know what they are doing and are a bunch of fun to go and get your nails done with. \r over all i would definatly go back and still do. Cute salon, but once you interact to the staff, the fun atmosphere quickly subsides. The manicurists spend their time drinking on the job, gossiping about other customers and, talking way too much about their personal lives. My manicurist completely ignored me, spent all her time talking to everyone else in the salon, and, to top it off, gave me the worst manicure of my life! She cut me too close with her clippers and applied the polish unevenly. As far as I am concerned, this salon has too much talking (and maybe drinking) going and not enough professionalism. Bottom line - save your money and go some where else. Lord knows Andover, is full of nail salons, so there will never be the isssue of finding a better place.
