For the most part, these guys really solved my tax problems. They did way more than I thought they'd be able to do and I was never once kept in the dark on what they were doing. I'd receive emails contantly as well as phone calls to keep me in the loop. They never made me feel like I was just another number and was being ignored.
I feel like I just struck gold, but I didn't get any money for it. Lol. I'm just not being held down by the IRS anymore. I'm finally going to be able to buy a home, and I don't feel like me and my family have a huge monkey on our backs.
